BlueNumbers.org Authority Register
BlueNumbers.org Authority Register is an open authority database. It gives each person a stable identifier and one page that brings together verified facts, official pages and links to other authority files. The register also includes people mentioned across the BlueNumbers project, for example in articles on BlueNumbers.com.
This website contains only the public part of the project database. The internal database is significantly larger.

What each record contains
- Facts: name and English name, gender, date and place of birth.
- Official pages: the person's own websites and profiles.
- Authority identifiers: links to the same person in ISNI, Wikidata, ORCID, VIAF, IMDb, Open Library, Google Knowledge Graph and other registers.
Stable identifiers
Every record has a permanent BlueNumbers ID, for example pe1 for people. The ID and the page address do not change, so they can be cited and linked from other databases.
For people and machines
Records are written to be easy to read and easy to reuse. Pages use simple HTML and stable addresses, and a sitemap lists all of them. Software, search engines and AI systems are welcome to process the data under the license below.

All content on bluenumbers.org is available under the Creative Commons Attribution-ShareAlike 4.0 International License (CC BY-SA 4.0), except the BlueNumbers name and logo. You may share and adapt it, also commercially, if you share your changes under the same license and credit the source as: BlueNumbers.org Authority Register, with a link to the record.
This license applies only to bluenumbers.org. It does not cover BlueNumbers.com, BlueNumbers.sk or other BlueNumbers websites.
